Happy the dog on The Mighty B was adopted by Bessie Higgenbottem. She found him roaming around ….. carefree and she decided upon herself that he must be abandoned. Even though he was quite happy with his carefree life Bessie decided Happy needed a home and she gave him one. Even though Happy doesn’t always seem thrilled about living with Bessie…. Bessie loves him with everything in her heart.
