Bubbie on Flapjack….. a whale or a doting mommy??? I believe Bubbie is both a Whale and Flapjack’s doting Mommy. She loves Flapjack and gives him some great advice….. unfortunately he normally never takes Bubbie’s advice. No worries….. Bubbie ALWAYS forgives her Flapjack.

Polar Bear Facts

Polar bears are the world’s largest land predators.
They usually only have two cubs and they have these babies in a cave they’ve dug in a large snow drift.
Male polar bears may grow 10 feet tall and weigh over 1400 pounds. Females reach seven feet and weigh 650 pounds.
In the wild polar bears live up to age 25.
Despite what we think, a polar bear’s fur is not white. Each hair is clear hollow tube. Polar bears look white because each hollow hair reflects the light.
Polar bears have been known to swim 100 miles (161 kilometers) at a stretch.

For years and years people have been hanging out Christmas Stockings as a way to put small gifts inside that their children will receive on Christmas Day. However, there are legendary theories about where the Christmas Stocking actually came from.

One legendary story tells of a very poor man that didn’t have a dowry for his three daughters. On Christmas Eve he left three stockings out on top of the fireplace where St. Nick filled each with gold coins on Christmas Day.

There are many other legends claiming where the Christmas Stocking originated from. But, where ever the Christmas Stocking came from it is obviously a Christmas Tradition that is going to remain around for a long, long time.
